Cancelling an order
Cancellation eligibility and any charges depend on agreed terms, work already committed and applicable mandatory rights. Review them before paying. Selecting colours or furniture does not establish a universal exclusion from cancellation rights; the actual order and applicable conditions need review.
Requesting a return
Contact FocusPod with the order reference and reason before sending anything back. Eligibility, the return location, packing requirements and transport or handling arrangements are agreed for the specific order.
Damage, missing parts or an incorrect item
Photograph the issue and packaging, keep the delivery details and contact the team promptly. Product concerns and delivery issues are assessed separately from a change-of-mind request.
