2. Review the complete quotation
Your Mexico enquiry brings the selection and destination together. The written quote specifies the items supplied, payable currency, delivery, applicable taxes and installation scope and expected delivery window.
3. Check the order terms
Review seller details, quote validity, payment schedule, changes, cancellation, returns and the complete warranty terms. This process guide does not replace contractual documents or mandatory rights. Ask for clarification before accepting the terms that will govern the order.
4. Approve the confirmed order
Use the payment request issued for the approved order. Changes to the configuration, address or installation scope need a revised agreement. This enquiry flow does not collect payment.
5. Keep one project record
Retain the specification, accepted quote, invoice and delivery and installation records together. Confirm changes in writing so the supplied configuration and receiving team work from the same information.
